Monday: For today’s my hiStory, I thought about writing about the French Revolution because I learned that a monarchist attacked Macron, making me think about how cyclical history can be. I’ve started to do some research, and soon, the Storming of the Bastille became my topic of choice. Reading about the event, I’ve learned that one of the inmates of the Bastille was the famous and infamous writer Marquis de Sade. His history in prison is so great that I had to write about it—there, now you have a little glimpse into my method of deciding about what to write in my hiStory. I also did exercises and applied to some jobs.
Tuesday: I wrote Death is Eternal Review #13 about the podcast American Scandal: The Red Purge. Also, I’ve sent my resume to a company that contacted me on LinkedIn to write children’s books and inquired HistoryHit about becoming a writer for them. Life is about working; life should be way more than work.
Wednesday: I wrote another chapter of my hiStory, and that was it. Pretty rushed and empty day. Yes, I know; this makes no sense. But life makes no sense, so…
Thursday: After months, I went to cut my hair. This time, there was no line. I’m feeling lighter and bald. Back at home, I wrote Death is Eternal Review #14, and that was my day.
Friday: I wrote my hiStory and didn’t do anything else. Weekdays are pretty empty.
Saturday: Saturdays are always the best! Having time and peace is fantastic! Looking ahead and seeing an empty schedule to do whatever I want is incredible. I love Saturdays; I love doing nothing.
Sunday: I’ve started the day on the wrong foot, thanks to the Netherlands’ defeat on UEFA EURO. As always, the rest of the day was all about cleaning the house and getting ready for the week. It’s fucking wrong to be unhappy for six days; capitalism has to end!
